Michael Burroughs was the Keynote speaker at the Cable and Telecommunications Human Resources Association (CTHRA) Annual Symposium on May 2, 2013.  His topic was "Executive Integration and Onboarding."

Michael's book, Before Onboarding:  How to Integrate New Leaders for Quick and Sustained Results, was selected and reviewed by the journal, "Smart Supervision," as their "Business Book of the Month". (Available on Amazon HERE)
