EXECUTIVE RECRUITING BACKGROUND
Over the past 34 years I have spent 15 of them in a recruiting role, most as a retained executive recruiter. Other search experience includes my having managed a national physician recruiting firm and my own boutique executive search firm. For a decade I was a managing director with DHR International, a "top five" retained executive search firm, recruiting well over 100 executives in a variety of market segments from director to public company CEO in the US, Asia and Europe. For most of that time I was the top producer in the firm's St. Louis office and served as a member of the firm's executive committee.
Why is this important? In short, I am able to incorporate the vast experience I have gained as a search professional in all of my executive coaching, career coaching, and onboarding engagements.
